Name and Email Address (via Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication)
Phone numbers and addresses of your customers (entered by you for ledger management)
Business/Dairy details (Dairy name, owner name)

Automatically Collected Information: Some information is collected automatically when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, device characteristics, operating system, and App usage data.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use the information you allowed us to collect from third parties (like Google) to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.
To provide cloud backup: We securely store your milk entries, customer data, and ledger records on our cloud servers (Firebase) so you can access them across devices and prevent data loss.
To improve our App: We use usage data to understand how users interact with our app and to make improvements.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Our database is hosted on secure Google Firebase servers. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Offline Mode and Local Storage

DoodhApp offers an offline-first experience. If you use the app without logging in (Guest Mode), your data is stored locally on your device. If you lose your device or uninstall the app without logging in, this local data will be lost. We highly recommend logging in to enable secure cloud backups.

6. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
